Here’s a nice report on the best seats available on dometic flights.
In this video, NBC Travel Editor Peter Greenberg gives you information on how to score the best seats in coach class, giving them the moniker “secret seats.” Everyone knows the Exit Row and bulkhead seats offer extra legroom. That’s exactly why some airlines have tagged these as Premium Seats, and try to extract a few extra dollars from travelers to book these seats.

Limes Hotel in Brisbane, Australia has just opened. If you are heading out to Brisband any time soon, you might want to consider booking a room in this stylish setting.
- Limes Hotel in Brisbane!
The Limes Hotel only has 21 styled lodging-type rooms that focus on guests’ primary travel requirements rather than following the 5-star standards. They all include custom Corian kitchen benches and toilette vanities, timber bed heads, custom aluminum door handles, Luna Textiles curtains and bathroom wall tiles by Bisazza. Pretty exclusive you may say but wait, because each room is hand painted individually using a mineral coating technique.

Here’s a collection of places not to go for a vacation unless it’s part of your job. As for me, I am not going ANYWHERE there’s a war, communists, or any weird crap.
The Sudan is engaged in (depending on your definition of genocide), Genocide! There is a mass killing currently going on. In the west we are defining it as simply Arabs killing Africans. Not quite. There are a lot of factors going on here. It is a conflict between farmers and herders, Chad baked rebels and Sudanese government-backed militias. Oil, China, Islam, Christianity, lack of water and land, territorial claims and yes, race. The government in Khartoum has claimed that western interference will only make things worse. The south of the country is a war zone. The north is in an economic depression. Khartoum is ranked as one of the worst, poorest and dilapidated places on the planet. Sounds like fun right?

Caribbean’s Island’s Antigua!

Here’s a cool video of Antigua, one of the Caribbean islands. Boy, it’d be fun to go there.
All the signs pointed towards Antigua. The island had warm, steady winds, a complex coastline of safe harbors, and a protective, nearly unbroken wall of coral reef. It would make a perfect place to hide a fleet. And so in 1784 the legendary Admiral Horatio Nelson sailed to Antigua and established Great Britain’s most important Caribbean base. Little did he know that over 200 years later the same unique characteristics that attracted the Royal Navy would transform Antigua and Barbuda in one of the Caribbean’s premier tourist destinations.
